Cancelling
Cancel from Billing at any time. You won't be charged again, and your plugins keep working until the end of the month you've paid for.
When we refund
- Charged twice or by mistake. Refunded in full.
- The service didn't work for you. If a fault on our side stopped you using it and we couldn't fix it, we refund the affected month.
- Your first payment. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and haven't built a plugin, we refund it in full.
- Where the law gives you more, such as a statutory right to cancel, we honour it.
When we don't
We don't refund part-used months after cancelling, or months in which the service was available and used.
How to ask
Email custom@aiplugingenerator.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the PayPal transaction ID. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method and usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
